I want to bring a few colleagues in but I can't find an invite button anywhere.
Is there a shareable link, or do they have to find the community themselves and join? Bonus question: I saw something about referral points on the leaderboard — how do those work?

Head to the Members page — your personal invite link is at the top. Anyone who signs up through it lands straight in the community.
And yes, that link doubles as your referral link: you get 100 points per person who joins through it, and referrals count toward rewards (badges, Pro perks). Check the Leaderboard page for the full list.

Small tip: the referral count on the Members page updates as soon as someone joins, so you can see if your invites actually worked.
